Toast was launched in 2019 by friends Luke Headland and Roisin Hudson, after a shared passion for great food, coffee and hospitality brought them together. Luke and Roisin hatched a plan to pair a contemporary tropical vibe with retro flavours in a deli style setting and so toast was born.
With inspiration from their own history in the UK and Ireland, they have carefully curated a list of signature sandwiches in Port Douglas which reflect their passion for food and produce. Toast also offers a selection of rotating specials or you can create your own sandwich from their selection of breads, salads and sides. At toast producers and stockists are carefully selected driven by a passion for using ethical, local and seasonal produce where possible.
