A dining experience you won't find elsewhere, Sa'Mesa's Experience Dinner concept aims to bring 20 strangers together with scrumptious Italian eats that change upon each visit. Spread over four courses, Sa'Mesa will serve you 20 magnificent sharing platters, showcasing the best of Italian flavours, for your pleasure. Discuss your favourite flavours with the person next to you, recommend a pairing to the person opposite, or shout down the table for the dish that's caught your eye.
Although the menu changes regularly, past dishes have included grilled tiger prawns with caviar and arugula, a hearty fettucine with pumpkin, sage & butter and a creamy risotto with gorgonzola, hazelnut and shallots. At the heart of this experience is La Nonna Carmela, an Italian grandmother who would invite the whole town for dinner, regardless of whether she knew them or not.
