The team at Canberra's Gravy ’N’ More in Kingston believe that Gravy is a very important part of creating awesome taste sensations. They grind all ingredients manually to retain their flavour and avoid adding preservatives. They also grow coriander, ginger, garlic, mint and certain other basic ingredients on their family farm in Queensland and directly import the spices (Masalas) like chillies, turmeric, cumin, etc. directly from their source in India.
The resident head chef has worked for several iconic restaurants, and this is the first restaurant to introduce pizzas with a traditional Indian twist, baked in a wood oven for a smokey flavour and to retained the unique taste.
