Step into Mama San Bali, a modern Asian-inspired restaurant & supper club that has become a destination spot. The Mama San interior is the first thing you’ll notice, with plush green banquette seating, walls of dark timber, ample mirrors and a scattering of chandeliers.
The Dining Room’s menu seamlessly melds street food flavours with a more refined dining experience, created by Chef Will Meyrick. The open grill section focuses on traditional methods of cooking on open flame, and embraces the likes of tandoori, robatas, and wood ovens.
Mama San offers a dining journey, one that’s not rushed but memorable for all the right reasons, plating up Modern Asian, with a selection of classics from the signature menu.
