The Butchers Club


After proving to be such a success in Hong Kong, The Butchers Club opened The Butchers Club Steakhouse in Bali in a beautiful 1,200 sq ft space with a 500 sq ft outdoor patio. The Bali location serves the same Michelin Guide-listed burger from Hong Kong, made with dry-aged beef, maple-glazed bacon and cheddar cheese.

The beef is sourced from a farm that they have partnered with in New South Wales, Australia that specifically rears the cows to their specifications, for use in their venues, resulting in very different flavour profiles. The Butchers Club then dry-ages each cut of beef at their own facility on Hong Kong Island for different time periods to highlight the unique flavours of each steak.
